At CAVLE, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to maintain premium quality standards.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
Product is damaged during delivery
Wrong product is received
Product has manufacturing defect or leakage issue
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the personal nature of fragrances, grooming, beauty, and lingerie products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must raise return requests within 48 hours of delivery with proper unboxing proof/photos.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
